How it’s made

Raw in. Crunch out.

Four steps from farm to bag. No heat, no additives, and nothing you would need to look up.

From farm to bag

  1. Source

Human grade meat and sweet potato from local farms in Peru.

  2. Cut

Trimmed by hand into bite sized pieces, about an inch across.

  3. Freeze dry

Frozen raw, then the ice is pulled out in a vacuum. No cooking.

  4. Seal

Packed in a zip bag in the same facility, with the name on the front.

Actual pieces · about 1 inch

Why freeze dried?

Freeze drying keeps the shape, color and smell of the raw ingredient. The piece turns light and crisp, and because the water is gone, it stays shelf stable without preservatives.

What you see is what went in: real pieces of heart, liver and lung, about an inch across, that break clean by hand.
