Agreement
By using thelongrunpets.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
Our products
Our treats are single ingredient, freeze dried and made for pets as a supplement to a complete and balanced diet. Feeding guides are general guidance, not veterinary advice. Every pet is different. Check with your vet before adding new foods, especially if your pet has a health condition, allergy or special diet. Always supervise your pet with treats and provide fresh water.
Product information
We work to keep product details, photos and nutrition information accurate. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen. If a product isn’t as described, your remedy is to return it under our shipping and returns policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price at checkout is the price you pay for that order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, including orders that appear to be for resale, fraudulent or placed with an incorrect price. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.
Subscribe and save
When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you choose until you cancel. Subscription pricing is 15% off the one time price and includes free shipping. You can skip, swap flavors, change frequency, pause or cancel anytime in your account, as long as you do it before the order processes. We’ll email a reminder three days before each order. We may change subscription pricing with at least 14 days’ notice.
Discount codes
Codes, including LONGRUN15, are valid for one use per customer on a first order unless stated otherwise. Codes can’t be combined, redeemed for cash or applied to past orders. We may end a promotion at any time.
Shipping, returns and our guarantee
Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Returns, refunds and our make it right promise are covered in our shipping and returns policy.
Reviews and content you share
If you post a review, photo or comment, or tag @thelongrunpets, you give us a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our brand. You confirm the content is yours, honest, and doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The Long Run name, wordmark, badge, paw mark, running pair, packaging, photography and site content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or use them without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, to scrape data, to resell products without authorization, or to impersonate anyone.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any product will produce a specific result for your pet.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where The Long Run is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here with its “last updated” date applies to your use of the site from that date.
